This Rear Bump Stop Kit for 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra, 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia, and 2024 Lexus GX550 provides improved performance over the OE bump stops with an easy bolt-on installation. The micro-cellular foam material is more compliant than the hard, stock rubber material and will help to soften bottom-outs when the suspension reaches full compression. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Lexus GX Rear Coil Spring Conversion Kit consists of billet aluminum bump stop spacers, polyurethane coil spring isolators, and all necessary hardware for installation. The height of the included bump stop spacers have been optimized for use with ICON rear shock absorbers to allow for maximum compression travel and full utilization of ICON shock absorbers’ “bump zones” for increased suspension performance. While the factory rear bump stops do a satisfactory job of absorbing impacts on a street driven truck, ICON found that there was much room for improvement during spirited driving in rough, off-road terrain. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop System was designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels by significantly improving the bottom-out control of the rear suspension and reducing rear end kick. Like all ICON hydraulic bumps stops, these feature both velocity and position sensitive technology which means that as the shaft speed increases and moves through the travel, the force increases exponentially to provide excellent bottoming resistance that won’t negatively affect articulation.

This Rear Lower Shock Shin Guard is made out of 304 stainless steel. This guard prevents your rear shocks from dragging on rocks and other obstacles while on your off-road adventures. The Shin Guard design helps prevent debris from prematurely wearing your shock's shaft which will prolong the shocks life. Stainless steel was our first choice for this piece because it is exposed to the elements and road debris more than any other part of the rear suspension. The hardened stainless will prevent corrosion and will not gouge like common steel skids.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics TRD Aluminum Skid Plate Spacer Kit for the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra and 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia slightly lowers the skid plate that is part of the TRD Off Road Package available on certain submodels and standard on the TRD Pro. This kit is typically installed in conjunction with ICON’s Front Sway Bar Drop Bracket Kit, which may cause clearance issues between the sway bar and the TRD skid plate at certain points in the suspension travel. Installing this spacer kit and lowering the TRD skid plate slightly ensures adequate clearance between these components for full, bind free suspension travel as well as complete functionality of the skid plate. Featuring precision CNC machined steel spacers and grade 8 hardware, this easy to install kit is a must for any ICON suspension system installed on a Tundra or Sequoia equipped with a TRD skid plate.

The 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra/2023-2025 Sequoia Sway Bar Drop kit features CNC machined 6061 aluminum sway bar brackets that drop the truck’s sway bar slightly lower on the frame in order to reduce bind in the OE sway bar links. These sway bar drop brackets are required for front lift heights above 2.25” over stock but are recommended for any amount of front lift to minimize sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range. This helps the suspension move more freely and allows for the full range of wheel travel without over stressing any OE components.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Lower Control Arm Kit is designed to be the ultimate stock width replacement control arm upgrade. Their fully welded, boxed, CNC laser cut and brake formed steel plate construction is internally braced with multiple ribs to offer significantly improved strength over the stock Tacoma LCAs. Featuring a high ground clearance design, specially angled plates also allow the arms to easily slide over larger obstacles out on the trail. CNC machined forged steel ball joint housings maintain the highest possible ground clearance while also ensuring strength and appropriate CV boot clearance on 4WD Tacoma models. Rather than using traditional top mounted coilover mounting tabs, these LCAs utilize recessed coilover mounts, further increasing strength and provide race inspired styling. Their incorporated secondary shock mounting tabs tie seamlessly into the ICON S2 Secondary Shock System for a fully bolt-on installation of multiple secondary shock options to effectively double the shock damping ability of the front suspension and improve off-road performance. To make these arms as much at home on the street as they are on the trail, the lower ball joints are of a metal on metal and greaseable design to avoid the short service life and noises typically associated with uniballs while also being able to withstand the abuses of aggressive off-road use. The inner pivot bushings are bonded polyurethane to the outer sleeve and unbonded inner sleeve to minimize deflection and improve handling characteristics while allowing unhindered suspension movement though the entire travel range. Additionally, these specialty bushings do not require any greasing or other maintenance throughout their service life. With features like these, the ICON 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Lower Control Arm Kit would make an incredible addition to round out your Tacoma’s suspension system.
