These arms are meticulously designed and crafted using CAD and CNC machining. They are made from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum and undergo bead blasting, Type II anodizing, and laser etching for a sleek gun metal gray finish. The arms feature a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and misalignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. They are made in the USA and are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model-specific spacers made from heat-treated stainless steel. No drilling or modifications are required. The arms also utilize larger and stronger FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints for additional camber and caster adjustment. These heim joints eliminate flexing/deflection and provide zero binding under hard use and braking. The arms come with AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut for secure attachment. The V2 design of these arms increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. They are designed for 1-3" of lift and come with all necessary hardware for installation.

When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more.  Replacing the stock ball-joint  with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel. We pride ourselves in producing the best parts available under our own roof and control.

Our updated design features a billet aluminum cover for the uniball, providing protection against dirt and contaminants. The cap is press-fit and sealed with an O-ring. Our Camburg upper arms replace the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, increasing wheel travel and durability. Made with heat-treated materials and an improved boot design, it offers increased strength, better greasing, and extended longevity. The fully sealed dual lip seal design prevents contamination from dirt, sand, rain, mud, and snow. With a grease zerk fitting, you can easily grease the joint without removing the boot. Specifically designed for our ball-joint upper arms, the X-Joint provides optimum fit and maximum wheel travel. It corrects suspension geometry, improves handling, and allows for a wider range of alignment adjustment. The tubular construction offers more tire and shock clearance compared to stock arms. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Lower Control Arm Kit is designed to be the ultimate stock width replacement control arm upgrade. Their fully welded, boxed, CNC laser cut and brake formed steel plate construction is internally braced with multiple ribs to offer significantly improved strength over the stock Tacoma LCAs. Featuring a high ground clearance design, specially angled plates also allow the arms to easily slide over larger obstacles out on the trail. CNC machined forged steel ball joint housings maintain the highest possible ground clearance while also ensuring strength and appropriate CV boot clearance on 4WD Tacoma models. Rather than using traditional top mounted coilover mounting tabs, these LCAs utilize recessed coilover mounts, further increasing strength and provide race inspired styling. Their incorporated secondary shock mounting tabs tie seamlessly into the ICON S2 Secondary Shock System for a fully bolt-on installation of multiple secondary shock options to effectively double the shock damping ability of the front suspension and improve off-road performance. To make these arms as much at home on the street as they are on the trail, the lower ball joints are of a metal on metal and greaseable design to avoid the short service life and noises typically associated with uniballs while also being able to withstand the abuses of aggressive off-road use. The inner pivot bushings are bonded polyurethane to the outer sleeve and unbonded inner sleeve to minimize deflection and improve handling characteristics while allowing unhindered suspension movement though the entire travel range. Additionally, these specialty bushings do not require any greasing or other maintenance throughout their service life. The strength limitations of the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma's factory steering tie rods have been well documented over the years, especially by Tacoma owners who venture into the big rocks with big tires. These ICON XD Forged Tie Rods remedy this with better materials and beefier dimensions than the stock units. The inner tie rod and ball stud is CNC machined from 4140 chromoly with metal-on-metal bearing surfaces for durability that far exceeds the plastic inner races of the factory components. The adjustment threads are 12% larger in diameter compared than stock Tacoma tie rods for a further increase in strength. The outer tie rod is forged steel and has the same profile as the stock tie rods for fitting all of the Tacoma's factory wheel diameters and offsets, along with just about any aftermarket wheel. The tie rod end is a beefier, metal-on-metal joint that is greaseable for extended service life and has the same range of operating angle as the stock tie rod ends. For the most hardcore of off-roaders, the ICON XD Forged Tie Rod kit is recommended as part of a comprehensive steering system upgrade strategy.
